Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) aims to benefit employees by aiding any personal or work-related problems that may have an adverse impact on their job performance and emotional well-being.
Some of the benefits of EAP includes happier employees, increase in employee productivity, efficiency, morale, decrease in absenteeism and sick leave, and greater employee retention.
Individual Counselling Session
Face-to-face counselling allows for our clinicians to build the therapeutic relationship with our clients, allowing for our clinicians to make accurate clinical assessments and interventions. Counselling services are provided to enable the employee to gain insights into the difficulties that they are facing and to bring about positive changes into the employee’s life. These counselling sessions will be held at The Lion Mind counselling centre.
Besides counselling services for individual staff members, we can provide marital therapy and couple counselling if the organization allows the staff’s spouse to attend the counselling sessions as well.
As part of the EAP programme, The Lion Mind can provide a special rate for employees of the organisation. All sessions are by appointment only.
Retainer Counselling Services
Having a mental health clinician coming down to an organisation once a week can facilitate the convenience of our corporate clients. The organisation will provide a suitable counselling room to The Lion Mind who will assign a qualified mental health clinician to be stationed on-site for the duration of eight hours. Employees may make an appointment with the clinician for a session on-site during office hour.
For employee who faced urgent critical life crisis, initial counselling consultations via phone calls may be necessary. The assigned mental health clinician will provide the necessary help for the de-escalation of the employee’s issue. The employee would then be referred for a regular counselling session or other avenues of assistance and support.
Customised workshops will be facilitated by The Lion Mind mental health clinicians to equip participants with techniques and skills. This would allow for greater self-awareness of the participants’ mental and emotional health, and to improve them.
Workshops will be customised to the needs of the organisation to bring out the maximum potential of their employees.
