As we transit into Phase One: Safe Reopening, many of us may continue experiencing feelings of loneliness, poor mood, and / or helplessness due to the Circuit Breaker measures. These feelings of low motivation and lethargy may be caused by the sudden loss of freedoms and simple social pleasures that we have been accustomed to in order to alleviate stress. If we are unable to deal with our frustrations, we may find ourselves fighting with our family members and loved ones over trivial matters
