With a blink of an eye and a celebration of the Lunar New Year, we are in February! My team have been gearing up for many exciting events this year. For a start, I presented a corporate webinar on “Combating Workplace Anxiety” to the employees of Schenker Singapore on the 18th.

This month, we will have a seminar on the topic: “Coping with OCD”. OCD is the 3rd most prevalent mental health disease in Singapore. It stems from an individual’s perception of the inability to control the situation or environment and worries about the future. Come join us in this seminar to learn more about how you can cope better.

We have finalized the course lineup for 2023. We are bringing back the “Certificate in Basic Counselling Skills”! With the revamped syllabus, participants will learn practical communication skills that can be used in daily conversation. In addition, our 14th intake for the psychotherapeutic approaches (CBT) workshop will be in April, and our 2nd intake for the SFBT workshop will be in December. We are currently applying for ACA accreditation for all workshops.

Furthermore, we will be focusing on clinical group supervision this year. All past workshop participants are welcome to join us. The group supervision will be helpful for those seeking to fulfil their supervision hours for ACA and / or APACS.

In terms of community outreach, we are looking for tertiary institutions interested in long-term collaboration. If you would like to collaborate with us, drop us an email.
