COVID-19 Update – DORSCON Yellow (26 April 2022 Onwards)

In line with the measures implemented by the authorities, the following will come into effect from 26 April 2022:

SafeEntry – Visitor check-in system
As Singapore has step down the use of contact tracing measures, TraceTogether and SafeEntry check-in is no longer required.

Visitor Management
Our centre will remain to be operating by appointment basis. No walk-ins are allowed. Visitors without scheduled appointment will be denied entry.

Workplace Measures
At our centre, our team members will be allowed to remove their masks when they are not interacting physically with others and when they are not in client-facing areas.

Additionally, we have retained our flexible work arrangements as part of our efforts to help our team members to avoid peak period crowds.

Centre Measures
As mask-wearing will continued to be required indoors, all team members and visitors are required to wear a mask during their visit here.

We seek your cooperation and understanding of the above. Visitors who are unable to comply will be denied entry.
