When asked, “In what ways do you take care of yourself?” — well, that’s where most people find it difficult to answer…
Singapore is an Asian nation where working the extra hour, and going the extra miles seems like an acceptable virtue in the working culture. In fact, this is highly valued. Addiction to work, damaged relationships, poor quality of life, and anxiety attacks are some of the consequences of overworking. How then do you disconnect from your work and enjoy your downtime?
This seminar is suited for general public with no knowledge on psychology or mental health. We welcome any professionals or students in this field to come forward and share their knowledge.
