Insomnia is a sleep disorder characterized by difficulty falling and/or staying asleep.
People with insomnia can feel dissatisfied with their sleep and usually experience one or more of the symptoms such as fatigue, low energy, difficulty concentrating, mood disturbance, and decreased performance in work or school.
