In addition, people who have impostor syndrome find it hard to say “no” to others especially in a working environment. They constantly take on more to prove their worthiness. This is common in many working environments currently, which often results in stress, burnout, health issues, and losing out in family time. Impostor syndrome constantly depriving yourself of what you deserve.

Successfully combating impostor syndrome allows you to accept your strengths and weaknesses, and learning who you truly are and then excelling in your strengths instead of pressuring themselves to excel in every single area.

Attend this workshop to learn how to live a more appreciative life with unconditional acceptance and compassion which is something everyone wants, but, somehow not achieving it.

In this workshop, you would learn the art and science behind impostor syndrome and how to combat it. Topics covered includes:

  • The impostor cycle
  • Who experience impostor syndrome?
  • What are the tell-tale signs and symptoms?
  • How to deal with it
